HBS Clubs Team
Through scalable programming, high-touch volunteer management, and infrastructure support, the Clubs Team seeks to provide opportunities via the global alumni clubs network to create, foster, and strengthen connections between alumni, and with HBS, while extending the mission of the School.

Directs activities of and sets strategy for the Clubs team and supports alumni Club networks worldwide. Responsible for volunteer support at the club level. Oversees AlumniMagnet implementation. Serves as liaison with Harvard Alumni Association and manages relationships with constituents across Harvard. Manages all departmental administrative, personnel, and fiscal processes.
Provides oversight of and sets strategy for marketing and branding of Clubs team activities. Responsible for select programs with a focus on scale and impact (e.g. New Venture Competition, Community Partners/CAP, etc.). Responsible for supporting the alumni Clubs worldwide, with a particular focus on guiding the strategy for alumni organizations in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Latin America.
Manages recurring content programming (e.g. Global Networking Night, Virtual Learning Series), Faculty Speaker Series, and regional HBS events. Oversees planning and execution of Club Officers Leadership Conference. Responsible for supporting the alumni Clubs worldwide, with a particular focus on guiding the strategy for alumni organizations in Europe, in addition to those aligned by affinity.
Manages the HBS AlumniMagnet implementation utilized by Clubs worldwide, including the vendor relationship, the user community, and the platform in general. Oversees all communications, marketing, training, and technical infrastructure related to Alumni Magnet and Club technology solutions in general. Serves as liaison for Young Alumni activities and prospective/current student engagement in partnership with MBA Admissions. Responsible for supporting alumni Clubs worldwide, with a particular focus on guiding the strategy for organizations in North America.
Serves as the front-line point person for HBS alumni Clubs, including on-boarding new Clubs, answering volunteer questions, and providing ongoing support of Clubs. Conducts annual Clubs survey, analyzing data to report on best practices across the Club network for enhanced alumni engagement. Provides logistical support for Club sponsored events.
